Your Pathway to Success Handbook

It’s easy to get pulled into many directions as a student at Kalamazoo College. Because we don’t want you to lose sight of your goals, our departments (Intercultural Student Life, Academic Advising, Counseling Center, Arcus Center for Social Justice, Center for Career and Professional Development, Center for Civic Engagement and Financial Aid) have created a Pathway to Success Map for you!

While we do not expect you to do every single one of the things listed in your Pathway to Success, you can use this as a “navigation tool” for when you need some direction. As a student, you must understand that your academics, leadership development and personal growth are connected. Your success is directly tied into all three areas, and we encourage you to use the resources available to you (and listed here) that can help you flourish and grow not only academically, but as a person.
